Giving back and connecting with the seniors we so dearly serve is at the very core of what Care Connection is all about.
We love finding ways to give back and this year we are proud to continue our 3rd Annual Holiday Wish program for seniors. We hope to celebrate a senior with an outing of their choosing. Our team of professionals and friendly staff will take such joy in providing a very special ‘Holiday Wish’ to any desired location within the Central Coast for a recipient that you feel could benefit the most from this experience.
Examples of a Holiday Wish Outing can be a visit to a holiday show, a trip to the beach, a trip to visit a family member or a friend, a meal at a favorite restaurant, or a trip to see the holiday lights.
To qualifying for our Holiday Wish Outing program recipients must fulfill the following: -Minimum of 65 years old.
-Must not be able to physically or financially fulfill their wish without assistance. -Must be cognitively capable of communicating and experiencing the 'wish'.
To nominate a deserving senior please complete the Holiday Wish Application and submit by December 9th.Once a recipient is selected, our staff will coordinate with the senior or facility to determine the date and time the trip will be made and create an experience that brings a smile.
