'Holiday Wish' program for Seniors

Care Connection launches Annual Holiday Wish program for seniors on the Central Coast

Connection isn't part of our name by chance. Giving back and connecting with our community and the seniors we so dearly serve is at the very core of what Care Connection is all about.


We love finding new ways to give back and this year we are proud to launch our Annual ‘Holiday Wish’ program for seniors in the Northern Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County. As part of our Holiday Wish program, we hope to celebrate a senior who does not have the ability to fulfill their own wishes by themselves and make their dreams come true by granting them a Holiday Wish trip.

Our team of friendly and professional staff will take such joy in providing this very special trip to any desired location within the Central Coast. Examples of a Holiday Wish trip can be a visit to the hair salon, a trip to the beach, a trip to visit a family member or a friend, a meal at a favorite restaurant, a visit to their hometown, a trip to see the holiday lights, or a trip to the lake.


To qualifying for our Holiday Wish program recipients must fulfill the following: -Minimum of 65 years old -Must be cognitively, emotionally, physically capable of communicating and experiencing the 'wish'

-Must be unable to fulfill their wish on their own -Must be within Northern Santa Barbara County or San Luis Obispo county -Physicians letter verifying mental and physical condition are necessary and must accompany the application.
