At Care Connection, our mission is to give back to the seniors we serve, fostering meaningful connections that enrich their lives. This holiday season, we're excited to continue our 4th Annual Holiday Wish program, designed to make a senior's holiday truly special.
This year, we're offering a personalized outing of the senior's choosing to make their holiday memorable. Our dedicated team finds great joy in creating unforgettable experiences, and we are committed to taking recipients to any location within the Central Coast region that would bring them the most joy. Whether it's enjoying a holiday performance, visiting the beach, spending time with loved ones, dining at a favorite restaurant, or admiring festive lights, the options are limitless.
To qualify for our Holiday Wish Outing program, the following criteria must be met:
Be 65 years of age or older.
Require assistance due to physical or financial limitations to fulfill the wish.
Possess the cognitive ability to communicate and fully enjoy the experience.
We invite you to help make this holiday season extraordinary for the seniors in our community. Let’s come together to give back to those who have given us so much over the years.
Once selected, our team will work with the senior or their care facility to arrange the outing, ensuring that the experience is tailored to bring joy and create lasting memories.
