About Access for All..........
Santa Barbara County's Access for All program, funded by a transportation grant, aims to enhance access to on-demand wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) services for residents across the county.
Administered by SBCAG and provided by a local service provider Care Connection Transport Services, this initiative is supported by Senate Bill (SB) 1376: TNC Access for All Act (Hill, 2018).
The service is designed for independent wheelchair users who find traditional Transportation Network Companies, such as Uber and Lyft, inaccessible.
