At Care Connection, our mission is centered around giving back to and connecting with the seniors we serve so dearly. That's why we are thrilled to announce the continuation of our 4th Annual Holiday Wish program for seniors. This year, we aim to make a senior's holiday season even more special by granting them a personalized outing of their choice.
Our dedicated team of professionals and friendly staff find immense joy in providing a truly memorable 'Holiday Wish' experience. We are committed to taking recipients to any desired location within the Central Coast region that they feel would benefit them the most. Whether it's attending a holiday show, visiting the beach, seeing family or friends, enjoying a meal at their favorite restaurant, or admiring the holiday lights, the possibilities are endless.
In order to qualify for our Holiday Wish Outing program, recipients must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 65 years old.
- Inability to fulfill their wish physically or financially without assistance.
- Cognitive capability to communicate and fully experience the 'wish'.
We invite you to join us in making this holiday season extraordinary for the seniors in our community. Let's come together and give back to those who have given us so much throughout their lives.
. Once a recipient is selected, our staff will coordinate with the senior or facility to determine the date and time the trip will be made and create an experience that brings a smile.
