A little more about our leader......
Nancy, a native of Santa Maria and Nipomo, attended Valley Christian Academy and Allan Hancock College. After a few years abroad while her husband served in the US Air Force, she and her husband along with their three daughters now love being back home on the Central Coast. With deep roots and a strong connection to the community, Nancy has been driven by a passion to help others and a desire to give back to her community.
Drawing from her nursing background and experiencing first-hand the need for specialized transportation services for her loved ones, Nancy established Care Connection Transport Services in 2019. As a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider, Nancy aimed to establish the gold standard in specialized transportation by offering safe, dependable, and affordable solutions for families and their loved ones.
Over the years, her team has successfully delivered transportation solutions in a variety of areas for behavioral health, wheelchair, gurney, and ambulatory clients. She takes pride in working closely with her team to ensure clients needs are exceeded from the start. She strongly believes that innovation and collaboration can improve service standards, increase availability, and break down transportation barriers that impact area hospitals, facilities, the local community, and social determinants of health. Because of her focus and dedication, she have been recognized by the community as leader in the passenger transportation industry and by the Pacific Coast Business Times as 40 Under 40.
Ultimately, the most rewarding moment for her was when her own company provided her grandfather with the specialized transportation service he required during his time of need.
