2nd Annual 'Holiday Wish' Outing for Seniors
Holidays are a special time of year and bring joy to everyone.
Seniors who are confined to a wheelchair or hospital bed often have trouble participating in holiday traditions they've grown to love and cherish. We are in a unique position with our specialized assisted transportation services to understand these challenges.
We are thrilled to continue our holiday traditions with our 2nd Annual Holiday Wish Outing program. With this 'grant a wish' type program, we hope to bring joy to a senior in our community by providing them a special outing during the holidays. They can choose any desired location within the Central Coast like a trip to a holiday show, a trip to the beach, a trip to visit a family member or a friend, a meal at a favorite restaurant, or a trip to see the holiday lights.
A Holiday Wish Outing program recipient must fulfill the following:
-Minimum of 65 years old.
-Must be cognitively capable of communicating and experiencing the outing.
-Must be unable to fulfill their wish either physically or financially.
-Must be within Northern Santa Barbara County or San Luis Obispo County.
